It all started with a vision…
This was the moment I realized we had a serious problem on our hands and that more needed to be done. I couldn’t just pretend the problems I saw, and the issues most kids face today, would not fix themselves. These days, life is more stressful, filled with drugs, constant need for affirmation, glorified defiance, and overall unproductiveness. I saw the need for action, and after enough studying and earning certifications, it became crystal clear. I began reaching out to local businesses, explaining our programs and goals, and the support has been incredible. In 2026, I decided we couldn’t wait any longer, and with the help of some amazing contributors, we’re excited to roll out the first round of programs!

Daniel Russell started The Russell Pace & Soar Network after years of working with community programs and witnessing many young people facing challenges like substance abuse, poor parenting, rising violence, and a lack of skills needed for success and mental resilience. We focus on teaching practical strategies, essential skills, and habits that help prepare and empower youth to become the strong leaders of tomorrow..
