This program helps middle and high school students learn basic money management for adulthood.

Pathways 2 Prevention

*Weekly meetups at local nature locations.

*Guided hikes where youth can get truthful and current drug knowledge.

*Brainstorming Sessions where youth are encouraged to ask questions and learn new ways to support others that are struggling.

*Guest speakers who will speak on experience and focused conversations on the importance of prevention.

*Youth strengthen not only their bodies through exercise, but they also grow as humans as they take a different look at issues such as addiction.

*Each trek will involve an aspect of mindfulness and encourage youth to explore meditation. (youth are not forced to meditate)

*Youth will learn about the local plants & wildlife at each location to familiarize them to their community and surroundings.

*Post-Project Support is offered for Youth that may be struggling with substance abuse

Real Impact.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold minds grow though firsthand execution. We strive to create something different, meaningful and foster true skill building though real-life experience.

  • Each week we will explore a new career field and factor working wage, skills required and overall long-term plans for the future.

  • Partnered with local businesses, we hope to introduce youth into several different career path and the opportunity to shadow staff and meet with the owners to learn more about the daily work-related operations.

  • Youth will learn to build a resumes and practice mock interviews to prepare them for job searching.

  • The basics of filling out an application, ID Card, school issued work permits and common paperwork will be core principals including, workplace etiquette, dress codes and professionalism.

  • ‍ Participants will learn to build a professional email address and learn of VPNs and review the dangers of mismanagement of sensitive information.

  • Business owners of varied trades and work fields have agreed to host open Q&A sessions with participants to address concerns and provide insight.

  • Help understanding and completing College Applications

Career Exploration and Job Readiness

Searching for Sasquatch:

A Bush Craft Series

Does your child have a curiosity for nature?

This new program will offer opportunities for Youth to explore bush craft skills in the outdoors while being guided with an actual California Fish&Game Warden.
Youth will practice survival skills which will include shelter building, water purification, plant and animal identification and learn the laws that protect wildlife.
This will be a 2-day overnight expedition with limited supplies
